Over three decades in a high pressure sales role. I started at the bottom, I worked hard, I wanted to know it all, my mission to be the best. I can say with CONFIDENCE, I am up there. The years of experience at every level from start-ups to blue chip businesses, selling to one-man-bands up to massive corporate groups. I have been fortunate enough to have been given the BEST sales training globally and sadly, some of the worst. That is why we are here! I feel the pain of a demotivated sales team. I see the struggle, where there doesn't need to be. I see the talented person walk away, and I think, what a waste.
